About Me
At Creer Business Solutions, I’ve been a leader in the language industry for over 20 years.
I have always had a love and passion for people of other cultures, particularly those in Spanish-speaking countries and communities. In 1993, I visited Puerto Rico on her my mission trip, serving as a conference interpreter, and was captivated by the care and compassion shown in the churches, orphanages, and villages. Since that time, I have served alongside those in the Latino community in various roles and industries. Since 1995, our company has interpreted for multiple Virginia and Georgia courts, law offices, hospitals, corporations, and non-profit organizations. I have trained interpreters of various languages on ethics, linguistics, and best practices. My travels and experience have allowed me to meet with ambassadors, corporate executives, emergency-relief workers, pastors, community and para-church organizers, and missionaries.

Translation is the rendering of one language into another language via the medium of written communication. Interpretation
Interpretation is the rendering of information orally from the source language into the target language and vice versa. Some projects that fall within the scope of interpretation include phone interpretation, legal proceedings such as trials, depositions, investigative testimony, discover, hearings and administrative proceedings. Medical interpretation is also a fascinating industry and allows interpreters to bridge the gap between speakers of a different language.

Language Learning
Over the years, we have worked with individuals wishing to enhance their medical, legal and insurance-industry vocabulary for success in communicating with a diverse work-force and client base. We have also tutored high school students in Spanish 4 and 5 wishing to enhance their vocabulary and grammar understanding for optimal success in the classroom. We provide tutoring within the client’s home and via phone/video conference. We also provide distance learning for those wanting to improve their proficiency in English; reading, writing and speaking.
